User Data Deletion

What data we store

Depending on how you use VirtualCenter Live, we may store:

• Your email address (if provided in the demo form)
• Anonymous session events (no personal identifiers — e.g. page views, button clicks)
• If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account: the identifiers and names of those accounts, the access tokens they issued, and the comments and messages received on posts published through us.

We do not store passwords, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

How to request deletion

Immediate deletion, without writing to us. If you are a merchant, open our backoffice, go to Social Media, and click Disconnect on the network in question. The account identifiers, the access tokens and the stored replies for that network are deleted immediately. The email request below remains available and is answered within 30 days.

Send us an email from the address you wish to delete with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Within 30 days, all personal data linked to your email is deleted from our active systems. Records a store is required to keep, such as an order, are anonymised instead: your email and identifiers are removed from them. Backup copies expire on their own schedule and are read only to recover from a disaster; if one is ever restored, your deletion is applied again.

Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you also have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
